A wide range of workout settings

Brake resistance can be adjusted in 32 steps, while even higher difficulty can be achieved by simulating incline up to 8%. Duration or calorie consumption can also be set.

There are also 16 programmable modes with direct selection for ease of use, including a HRC program with four intensity levels and a pause function. There's also quick selection for specific training goals such as burn, aerobic exercise, hilly terrain and more. Programming and mode selection is done directly on the trainer's display.

In addition, incline and resistance control is also possible directly from the fixed handles of the trainer.

No Bluetooth phone connection

The Bluetooth interface allows you to connect the trainer to your phone as well. This makes it easy to connect the KINOMAP fitness app and more, further expanding your training programs and workout evaluation options.
