Robust construction and comfortable exercise

The massive steel frame is protected by a sandblasted finish that will last for years and just won't rub off, even with heavy use. The 90 cm long aluminium track ensures natural movement with a full range of arms and legs up to a body height of 195 cm.

Made of comfortable PU foam, the seat is mounted on ball bearing castors. This ensures that the ride is always perfectly smooth, pleasantly quiet so as not to disturb the surroundings, but also guarantees a long service life. Adjustable safety straps on the pedals protect against slipping feet if you lean into it hard at the end of your workout.

Electronic adjustment of the load with a rotary dial allows very fine adjustment in 32 steps. The appropriate training intensity can thus be easily achieved by beginners and advanced athletes alike. Thanks to the 4kg flywheel, sufficient resistance and smooth running are ensured, which improves the natural feeling of rowing and the efficiency of training.

The integrated computer with 7 functions and easy settings via the circular dial will give you an overview of the basic training parameters. The computer can self-monitor exercise time, calories, load, power (W), number of strokes and number of strokes per minute.
