Ergonomics and adjustments

The geometry of the BC4690K trainer is partly inspired by road bikes, with which it also shares a precise pedaling position. You'll quickly find the right settings for transferring power to the pedals using the two-axis sliding saddle and height-adjustable handlebars.

The trainer is equipped with a very quiet flat belt drive. This makes it easy to use in residential areas without fear of disturbing the surroundings. Aluminium pedals with ball bearings ensure smooth running and long life. In addition, the pedals can be easily replaced with your own SPD pedals or other solutions thanks to the common thread.

10 kg mechanical brake and flywheel

A mechanical braking system with a 10 kg flywheel ensures smooth adjustment of the pedalling effort. A triple-bearing centre axle with ball bearings ensures efficient and reliable power transmission. If necessary, the flywheel can be quickly stopped using the safety brake.

Elegant black design and phone holder

The design of this model is distinguished from the others by its elegant frame made of oval black profiles, complemented by a modern plastic fairing. This not only makes the machine exceptionally stable when pedalling, but also makes it look good when used at home.

The equipment of the trainer does not lack a cycle counter, a double drink holder or a phone or tablet holder. So you'll not only have an ample supply of fluids on hand while you exercise, but also your favourite apps for evaluating your workouts or watching TV shows.

You can monitor important ride parameters on the built-in computer display. Measured parameters include time, distance, calories, speed and, thanks to the built-in sensors in the handles, heart rate.
