The treadmill is equipped with a 3.5 HP brushless motor and allows running speeds up to 22 km/h (22 mph) with selectable electric incline from 3° to 9° (15 steps). All controls and data are via buttons and a 15.6" LED display. Of course, there is also a Bluetooth interface for pairing with the Kinomap and Zwift apps on your phone.

Bluetooth interface for easy connection to Fitness apps

The device features a Bluetooth interface for easy connection to mobile apps like Kinomap or Zwift. You can instantly access a variety of routes in different difficulty levels as well as detailed running statistics. The possibilities of the trainer will be greatly expanded by connecting it to your phone.

Zwift

The Android 7.0+/iOS 9.0+ app and Zwift Companion provide training in a 3D virtual environment with the ability to communicate with other users. It allows you to set goals and create training plans. The app can be linked to Apple Health, Strava, Training Peaks, Garmin Connect, Adidas Training, Map My Fitness, Today's Plan.

Kinomap

It offers preset routes with real video for Android 5.0+/iOS 9.0+. It is fee-based but provides an authentic running experience. When selecting your machine type, choose your machine icon and select Brother as the brand.

FitShow:not supported

We recommend testing app compatibility with your mobile device beforehand. For the apps to work properly, keep WiFi (for mobile phone or tablet), Bluetooth and GPS (location) enabled and turned on.

We are not the developer of said apps and are not responsible for any errors or incompatibility of the apps. However, we will be happy to advise in case of problems.

Electric tilt and 10-point belt suspension

The GB5500K treadmill features an electric tilt function. There are 15 positions ranging from 3° to 9°. The tilt adjustment allows you to increase the intensity of your workout and engage different muscle groups more effectively. The incline of the treadmill can be changed according to your goals and preferences, allowing you to simulate varied terrain and increase the intensity of your workout.

The even softer 10-point treadmill cushioning ensures a completely comfortable, natural yet very quiet run regardless of the runner's performance or weight. Noise reduction and shock absorption are also supported by 4 special shock absorbing inserts between the running surface and the metal frame of the belt. The high quality cushioning of the running surface reduces the impact of running on the feet and joints, minimizes their stress and prevents unpleasant sensations after training. Thanks to the cushioning, the treadmill is gentler on your body, so you can enjoy your workout without worry for even longer.

Clear LCD display, speakers and USB input for MP3

The treadmill is equipped with a clear display showing all the necessary information about the current workout and the selected mode. Specifically, time, calories, speed, distance, heart rate, incline angle and many more.

There is also a pair of speakers and a USB input for connecting a flash drive with MP3 music files. Thanks to the foldable design and transport wheels, the trainer is easy to store and move even in limited space. There is also a safety speed brake with key, allowing for instant shutdown in case of emergency.
