The 58 cm diameterbalance mat with rubber expanders is a great addition for aerobic and balance exercises and contributes to the development of body stability and improved coordination of movements. This contributes to the development of movement coordination and the strengthening of stabilising muscle parts, stored in deeper layers, which are otherwise very difficult to exercise.
