Ergonomics and Setup

The BC4680K trainer's road bike-inspired geometry allows for very precise seating adjustments. You can quickly find your ideal pedalling position with the two-axis sliding saddle and height-adjustable handlebars.

The trainer is equipped with a very quiet flat belt drive. This makes it easy to use in residential areas without fear of disturbing the surroundings. Aluminium pedals with ball bearings ensure smooth operation and long life. In addition, the pedals can be easily replaced with your own SPD pedals or other solutions thanks to a common thread.

Mechanical brake and 10 kg flywheel

An important part of the trainer is the mechanical braking system, which allows for infinitely variable resistance control and a pleasantly realistic pedalling experience thanks to the 10 kg flywheel. An efficient and reliable power transmission is ensured by a triple-bearing central axis on ball bearings. If necessary, the flywheel can be quickly stopped using the safety brake.

Steel construction and phone holder

Stability while pedalling is given by the machine's robust steel construction. A lightly cushioned saddle and comfortable handles at the right angle and with several grip positions provide ample comfort.

The equipment of the trainer does not lack a bike counter, a drink holder or a phone or tablet holder. This way, once you get into your workout, you not only have the necessary fluids at hand, but also your favourite apps for evaluating your workout or watching series. Plus, you can easily read all the important parameters from the built-in computer display. Parameters tracked include time, distance, calories, speed and, thanks to the built-in sensors in the handles, heart rate.
